| Kelvin - We offer both "true" Kelvin probes and "Quasi-Kelvin" probes. These probes require an articulated arm and specialty probe holder. |  |
| Articulator for Basic DC arms - probes may be rotated up away from the probing area and down to the area of interest using this fast swivel movement. |  |
| Coaxial arm - A sturdy wireform probe arm comes with coaxial cable and BNC coax connector. Probe needle is held in easy to load the 3 position collet |  |
| Triaxial arm - A sturdy wireform probe arm comes with triaxial cable and BNC triax connector. Signal integrity is ensured with triaxial protection all the way down to the collet Probe needle is held in easy to load the 3 position collet |  |
| Single articulated arm - Allows the user to set the angle of probe attack. Ideal for backside probing, into packages or applications requiring probes to be positioned around other equipment. |  |
| Dual articulated arm - Provides additional positioning freedom allowing the probe to be placed a greater distance from the manipulator. Ideal for board, packaged part and substrate probing. |  |
| Celadon Tile Holder- For WLR applications, the Celadon tile holder allows individual die to be tested in any location on the wafer. Includes theta for rotating tile. |  |
| HF/Microwave arm - For high frequency probe applications using GSG, GS, SG, probe wedges and other probes using industry standard HF mount. Planarizing control is up away from the optics and probe area. There are 3 different drop/reach options to choose from. |  |
| Inker Actuator Arm - For holding the Xandex industry standard inking cartridges. Mounts to manipulator for positioning and signal from the prober deposits ink. |  |
| Specialty Probe Holder- This holder is used to hold fluidic injection syringes, Kelvin and quasi-kelvin probes. |  |
Bases |

| Magnetic Base- Our number one selling manipulator base, requires no additional pumps or tubing to get in the way. The on-off switch provides a linear application of magnetic power to provide small amounts of resistance for easier positioning. |  |
| Vacuum Base- The traditional manipulator base uses vacuum to hold the manipulator in position. Requires manifold and vacuum supply. |  |
| Bolt Down Base - Primarily used in HF/Microwave applications, this rigid mount provides uniform positioning for NSEW probe applications. |  |
