Packaged Part & PCB Probers

For many laboratories, their test focus is primarily on packaged parts. Many of these parts are tested on a small PCB/load board. This Probe System for Life® configuration provides all of the capabilities of a full sized probing system with a smaller footprint. Users can hold the load board with one hand and clamp the board using a single knob. The board is automatically centered in the clamping system.

This PCB clamping system can be used on the simple packaged part prober above, on any PS4L stage or it can be mounted on a vacuum plate for use on your standard prober vacuum chuck.
