SemiProbe is conveniently located in Winooski just outside of Burlington, VT and minutes from the Burlington International Airport.

From I-89 North
take Exit 15. At the bottom of the ramp take a left and go under Rt. 89. In approximately 1/8 mile take a left after the Shell station. As you enter the business park turn left in front of the building. We are on your right.

From I-89 South
take Exit 15. At the bottom of the ramp take a right. In approximately 100 yards take a left after the Shell station. As you enter the business park turn left in front of the building. We are on your right.
