RA-100 RESEARCH ASSISTANT
The RA-100 Research Assistant is a family of test and R&D tools built around a basic chamber design. The basic system is a Vacuum prober ideal for MEMS, MOEMS and NEMS researchers.

Capabilities available include:

• Vacuum to 10e-9 torr.
• Cryogenic Systems for liquid Nitrogen or Helium.
• Materials Science high temperature (>1,000°).
• Four Point probe module.
