The SA-8 is a fast, reliable tabletop semiautomatic probing system for
wafers 200 mm and smaller. The SA-8 supports multi-die probing, mapping,
inking and contact sense. The SA-8 comes in 3 models: an economical tabletop
production system, an analytical system and a high speed Known Good Die
(KGD) model. With configurations suitable for many probing applications,
the SA-8 is easy to set up and operate.
It features:
- Vertical or horizontal wafer alignment.
- 2-point or auto scan wafer alignment modes.
- Local, PC or remote control options.
- Remote interface options (TTL, RS232C, GPIB,TCP/IP).
