Shipping Time and Cost
All orders are shipped as soon as possible, subject to credit card approval and stock availability. You may choose either standard shipping
(no signature required--standard shipping included in product price unless otherwise noted.) or express shipping (signature required--please call for
express shipping charges).
Orders will normally be sent via FedEx or UPS, with the exception of deliveries to PO box addresses, which will be shipped via standard USPS. No
express service is available to PO boxes.
All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures. Due to FedEx and UPS restrictions, certain orders may be split into separate
packages. You will only be charged once per order for delivery and boxing (if applicable) however many separate shipments we make to you.
No sales tax - enjoy no sales tax on every order, to every state in the United States.

Credit cards
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
With our online store we are unable to accept payment via any method other than those listed above.
Payment by fax/phone
If you do not want to enter your credit card details on the website, proceed with your order as normal, but when asked for your credit card details,
select Fax/Phone. You do not need to enter any credit card details. Complete the order, then phone us with your credit card details at 1-802- 860-
7006, or fax them to 1-810-885-2900, quoting the SemiProbe order number which you will find on your confirmation email.
At SemiProbe, your card is only charged once your order has shipped from our warehouse. If there are any items on your order which are not in
stock, you will not be charged for these until we actually ship them to you. You will be advised by email (or telephone if you do not have an email
address) if we are unable to complete your order.
Security checks:
As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit cards, we carry out random security checks on orders. These can take various forms,
and may involve contacting you by telephone before your order is processed.
From time to time it may be necessary for us to ask you to provide a copy of a recent statement header for the card being used on your order. Please
note that we are only interested in confirming information already provided on your order, i.e. the billing name and address and card issuer details,
and do not need to see actual transactions, which can be covered up. In case you have any concerns regarding security, we can assure you that all
information is shredded as soon as we have confirmed the details required.
We hope you appreciate that these measures are a necessary precaution, undertaken in the interests of fraud prevention.

How can I track my package?
Once shipped, we will email you with the shipment date and the tracking number. You can track the status of your order by going to the FedEx website.

SemiProbe Guarantee/Returns Policy
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with your purchase (including Sale items), we will exchange goods or give
you a full refund*, provided that you return them to us within 30 days (1 month) of the original delivery date, the product is in the original condition and
packaging, is undamaged and with all labels intact.
*Shipping charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request replacements for returned
items; you will not be charged again for shipping. All replacement items are shipped via standard shipping. Express shipping of replacements may be
requested at the time of return and the difference will be charged to your card.
Excluded from our general returns policy are consumable products such as probe tips and cables - this will be indicated with the product information for
these items on our website.
Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Our normal returns period is 30 days from when you receive the goods and any returned items must be received by us within this time.
Returns are sent to SemiProbe at your own expense.
We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavor to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as
possible. Please allow up to seven days from receipt of your return for this to be done.
Refunds
If you have requested a refund or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay
for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. Please note that we are unable to offer credit notes.
Replacements
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order. Please note
that, on orders paid for with only a gift card, we are unable to process replacements of a higher value than is available on the gift card. In these
circumstances, you should request a refund for the returned goods. Once this refund has been processed to your gift card you will then be able to use
the balance to place a new order, giving your additional payment details for any extra balance on the order form.
How to return goods
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so but please call Customer Service at (802)860-7000 for a Return Material Authorization number
(RMA#). Simply put the RMA# on address label and sent the returned goods to us.
"I no longer have the shipping paperwork - what do I do?"
Enclose a note with the return, ensuring that the following information is included:
• Order number (if known)
• Your name, address, and contact telephone number or email address (especially important if you do not know your order number)
• The reason for return
• Your preference of refund or replacement, with details of any replacement required.
If using the original packaging, please ensure that your own address label is covered up. Please write your order number on the top left hand side of the
package, to assist us in identification on return to SemiProbe.
Return of faulty goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us, together with a note explaining what you believe
the problem to be. Please write your order RMA number on the address label of the package, to assist us in identification on return to SemiProbe. Once
we receive the goods, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

When you place an order to purchase a product from SemiProbe, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing
the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and
is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have dispatched (the ‘Dispatch Confirmation E-mail’). That acceptance will be complete at
the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation Email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation
Email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. You are seeking to enter into a contract with SemiProbe when you place an order.

11. Pricing and availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on
that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not
guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn
out to be unavailable.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the numerous products in our catalogue are mis-priced. If a product's correct price is lower than our
stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our
discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

When ordering goods from SemiProbe for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the
package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, we have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for
further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from SemiProbe, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply
with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how
information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be
aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
